great friendliness covered lounges best breakfast full cleaning
the staff showed great friendliness. poolside umbrella covered lounges were plentiful. pergola restaurant has best breakfast buffet. turn down service included full cleaning and towel changes.
the carpet has some stains and it seems that it is not the newest, but they told me that they will replace them soon.

Magical Service at a Classic Hotel
brigadeiro delivery sunglasses service friendly staff
I mentioned my fondness for brigadeiros to a bellhop, and a tin of them was in my room. An employee was always circulating by the pool, ready to clean sunglasses. Small treats were available around the hotel at various times. I became good friends with several staff members.
The carpet in my bedroom area had some stains. They said they were replacing the carpets soon.

Breakfast had many choices and wonderful staff. I especially loved the restaurant setting. The quality of food in the restaurants was high, with a good selection of choices for both food and drinks. The hotel also provided great gastronomic service.

The hotel offers great proximity to the beach area. My room had a great ocean view. The hotel is also close to many local programs. I suggest the bike tour with the general manager. The area around the pool offers a convenient space.

friendly staff breakfast buffet small gym poor lighting
the hotel staff was very friendly. they helped me with my bags and gave me directions. the breakfast buffet had a lot of options (especially fresh fruit).
the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had two treadmills and one elliptical machine. the bathroom had poor lighting for makeup application. (i could barely see what i was doing!)
